God has been working all around you throughout your entire life, whether you’ve noticed his activity or not. And guess what? He invites you into a personal relationship with himself so that you can join him and experience him at work!
In this message series, we’re walking through the seven realities of knowing and doing God’s will. No matter what your story is or how you think God thinks about you, we believe he loves you deeply, knows you intimately, and wants you to know him and the peace and power he offers.
Join us on Sundays at 9:00 or 10:45 (in NOVEMBER, we’re changing those times to 8:30, 10:00, 11:30). AND, read the daily devotionals we’ll be publishing here on our website, and be sure to start or join a small group using the sermon-based discussion guides we’ll be posting on our group studies page.
Here’s an overview of what each Sunday will bring…
THE SEVEN REALITIES OF KNOWING AND DOING GOD’S WILL
God is Always Up to Something
God is always actively working in, around, and through us. And what he is up to is always bigger and always better than what we are up to without him.
God Is Always Pursuing You
God is always pursuing a love relationship with you that is real, personal, and practical. Knowing God personally is the foundation for every other relationship in our lives.
God is Always Inviting You
God has a big mission and a personal ministry for you. He has a will and wants you to pursue it. And the greatest thing you can do is say YES without reservation.
God is Always Speaking to You
God speaks through his Word, through the Holy Spirit, through the wisdom and care of people, and through our relationships, to help you know and do his will.
God is Always Challenging You
Hearing from God creates a crisis of faith – will I obey? Or will I stay? But you cannot stay where you are and pursue God’s will at the same time.
God is Always Calling Us to Transformation
Saying yes to God requires making changes in my thinking, in my beliefs, in my commitments, my relationships, and my actions. Growing people change.
God is Always Leading Us Deeper Into Himself
Every time you say YES to God’s invitations and allow him to transform you, you will know him more deeply and walk with him more closely.
